Do Starbucks Frappuccinos Have Caffeine?

Aaron James · September 21, 2022 · Leave a Comment

If you’re like most people, you probably love a good Frappuccino from time to time. But do Starbucks Frappuccinos have caffeine? Let’s find out.

Ah, the Starbucks Frappuccino.

The drink that has launched a thousand (or more) copycats and has become synonymous with Starbucks itself.

Love it or hate it, there’s no denying that the Frappuccino is one of the most popular drinks on the planet.

Here is everything you need to know about the caffeine content of the infamous Starbucks Frappuccino.

Do Starbucks Frappuccinos Have Caffeine?

The answer, in short, is yes.

All Frappuccinos served at Starbucks locations contain caffeine. However, the amount of caffeine in a Frappuccino can vary depending on the type of drink you order.

For example, a grande Caramel Frappuccino contains 100 milligrams of caffeine, while a grande Mocha Frappuccino contains even more at 110 milligrams.

Frappuccinos vs. Caffeine In Coke

To put that into perspective, a can of Coke contains 34 milligrams of caffeine and a cup of coffee can have anywhere from 95 to 200 milligrams.

So, while a Frappuccino does have caffeine, it’s not as high in the stimulant as some other popular soft drinks.

Starbucks Frappuccinos Caffeine Summary

So there you have it—yes, Frappuccinos do contain caffeine. However, the amount of caffeine in these drinks is relatively low when compared to other caffeinated beverages like coffee or soda.

So if you’re looking for a tasty treat that will give you a little bit of a pick-me-up, a Frappuccino is a good choice. Just don’t expect it to keep you up all night!
